The FMHRA chapter was established in 1976 to provide human resource professionals in the Fargo Moorhead area and surrounding communities a forum to exchange ideas and to improve the effectiveness of the human resource profession. Membership has grown to over 200 members representing over 120 organizations. FMHRA is an affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
